This notice explains what happens to your information when you browse this website or ask us to plan a private trip.

What we collect

When you submit a trip enquiry, we collect your name, email address, intended travel month, approximate duration, travel-party category, selected destinations and the notes you choose to provide. If you complete the optional preferences, we also collect your indicative budget and hotel preference; these are saved with your enquiry notes. We also record the submission time, enquiry reference, consent-notice version and handling status.

Please do not include passport numbers, payment-card details, medical information or information identifying other travelers in the enquiry form. We do not request or collect payments through this website.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to understand your travel preferences, contact you, prepare a proposal and manage our conversation with you. We do not use enquiry details for advertising lists or sell them. We will ask separately if a later service requires additional details or sharing with hotels, guides, transport providers or other suppliers.

Where your enquiry goes

The form sends your information over HTTPS to this website’s server and stores it in a Cloudflare D1 database. The planning inbox is restricted to authorised company accounts using the hosting platform’s sign-in. Enquiries are not displayed publicly. Automatic email notifications are not enabled in this version; the team reads enquiries in the private inbox and can reply using the contact email above.

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites on Cloudflare infrastructure. These providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the service. Depending on provider infrastructure and your location, processing may occur outside your country. We do not claim that data is stored exclusively in China or any other specific country.

Technical information & device storage

To reduce repeated or abusive submissions, the server derives a salted, one-way identifier from the connection IP address and uses it to count recent submissions. Our enquiry database stores this identifier rather than the raw IP address. Hosting providers may process IP addresses and request logs as part of their own operation and security.

Your selected destinations are stored in this browser’s local storage so that your wishlist remains available on this device. Name, email and free-text enquiry details are not saved in local storage. You can clear destination selections using the controls or your browser’s site-data settings. We do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The private admin sign-in may use authentication cookies managed by the hosting platform.

Email & WhatsApp

Clicking an email or WhatsApp link opens that service. Information you choose to send there is processed by your email provider or WhatsApp under their own policies, as well as by us for responding to your request. You can enquire by email without using WhatsApp.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiries while they are needed to respond, plan a trip or maintain the related service conversation. We review records and remove information that is no longer needed. This version does not automatically delete enquiries after a fixed period. If an enquiry becomes a booking, we will explain any additional record-keeping that applies before collecting booking information.

Access, corrections & deletion

To request a copy, correct details, withdraw your enquiry consent or ask us to delete an enquiry, email lcyyy.eth@gmail.com, ideally from the address used in the enquiry, and include your enquiry reference if you have it. We may ask for enough information to verify the request. You do not need to send a passport copy.

We can permanently delete the enquiry from the active planning database. Messages already sent by email or WhatsApp and provider-managed logs or backups may require separate handling. We will explain any practical limits or records that need to be retained when replying to your request.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the collection or use of information changes. The date above identifies the current notice. A trip enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages.
